A Visit From Grandpa and Grandma Allen

We LOVE when we have visitors, and some of our most regular and most favorite visitors are Grandpa and Grandma Allen.  They came to see us in June, and it was such a fun visit.  Grandma came first, in time to see Campbell's dance recital and Reagan's swim meet, and then Grandpa came to visit for a few days and was able to take Sam and I to our first baseball game at Turner Field -- the Braves just happened to be playing our beloved Giants.  We didn't get a lot of pictures -- we were having too much fun I guess -- but here are a few to document their visit.

We spent a fun afternoon at Fox Hall with Rosemary and her girls and Aunt Stefanie.  It is always fun with Aunt Stef and Mom are in town at the same time -- we had a great time swimming in the pool and then playing in the lake.
Then we stopped for dinner at The Dwarf House, the original Chick-Fil-A.  Such a fun day -- Grandma really knows how to spoil us!

Dad had to work most of the time he was in Atlanta, so we were grateful we had to baseball game to ensure we spend some quality time together.  Unfortunately we didn't have enough tickets right behind home plate, so cute Dad took one for the team and sat somewhere else.  But the game was so much fun.  You can't beat the seats, and the Giants won!, and there was a fun fireworks show afterwards.  Wonderful evening.
Not a bad way to take in our first game at Turner Field.

We always have to get some Grandpa and Cal pics together when Grandpa is in town.  These two are going to be great friends -- I can already tell.  They enjoyed shooting hoops together!

We left early Saturday morning to head down to Destin, and Mom and Dad were flying out later that day.  We did manage to get a picture of my parents with all the kids before we headed out.

I love my parents dearly and am so grateful they come to visit us so often.  Can't wait for their next visit!
